Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart have officially hard-launched their relationship!
Home and Away stars Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart have made their official debut as a couple, hard launching themselves at the 2024 Logies.
The couple, who play onscreen lovers Leah and Justin on Home and Away, went public with their relationship in July after being spotted kissing on Anzac Day. It came after The Sunday Telegraph reported that the pair had taken their on-screen relationship off-screen and had been secretly dating, after being spotted kissing at Channel Seven’s Christmas Party last year.
The news came after it was announced James and ex-wife Sarah Roberts had quietly divorced at some stage in the last year with Sarah officially addressing the divorce in late April, while Ada’s relationship with Sydney businessman Adam Rigby reportedly ended late last year.
Home and Away couple make public debut after ‘unexpected’ romance
While Ada opened up about the relationship in July, telling the Hughesy, Ed and Erin show that the romance was “unexpected but really lovely” the Logies appearance marks the first public outing for the pair, with both of them celebrating their love on Instagram.
“Butterflies…. So happy to enjoy the night with you @__jamesstewart__ ❤️” Ada wrote on a series of photos, with James uploading his own gallery and captioning it, “Crazy happy!”
“You both look spectacular!! Enjoy!! So happy for you both,” their Home and Away co-star Lynne. McGranger wrote under Ada’s photos.
“Ada & James or Leah & Justin 😂 you both look great!” someone else commented, while another fan said, “Gorgeous couple use both deserve to be happy♥️”.
During an appearance on Sunrise in July, Ada said the romance being out in the open didn’t change much for the couple.
“Look, you know, whether it’s out there or not doesn’t really change our relationship. We’re happy we’re together,” she said. “James is just such an amazing actor. I love working with him. That’s not changed as well, so whether it’s out there or not doesn’t really change anything for us.”
