Home and Away’s Eden Fowler faces a frosty reunion with her brother Levi on UK screens next week.
Eden is shocked when she learns that her estranged sibling has started work at the Northern Districts Hospital.
Levi is a cardiothoracic surgeon and is called to the hospital to oversee Mackenzie Booth’s treatment following her heart attack at Salt.
When Remi Carter pays a visit to the hospital to see his girlfriend Bree Cameron, he spots Levi and immediately recognises him.

Remi then rushes to Salt to find his best friend Eden, tipping her off that her brother has been assigned as Mackenzie’s heart specialist.
The Fowler siblings’ backstory is explored as it’s revealed that they haven’t spoken for years and Eden still holds a grudge over the situation.
The animosity dates back to Levi taking their father’s side in a family feud and ultimately abandoning the rest of his loved ones.
Eden confides in her boyfriend Cash about the situation. Drawing on his own turbulent history with Felicity, caring Cash speaks to Eden about the possible benefits of salvaging her sibling relationship.

Later, Eden reluctantly visits Levi at the hospital and they come face-to-face for the first time in years. They head off for a stroll around the Bay and Eden wastes no time before speaking her mind over the past rows.
As tensions run high, Eden and Levi struggle to see much potential for a reconciliation. Eden ends up storming off from her brother, insisting that coming to see him was a mistake.

Eden tells Cash that she’ll be remaining estranged from her brother, but Cash remains curious and pays his own visit to Levi at the hospital.
Before long, Eden is livid to spot Cash and Levi having a beer together at Salt. Eden angrily heads off to a gig with Remi, leaving Cash in no doubt that he has overstepped the mark with his behaviour.
