At their condo, Xander is working out while Sarah opens the mail and discovers an RSVP to their wedding. When Xander asks if it’s from his mom, Sarah reveals it’s actually from Justin and Bonnie. Xander isn’t too thrilled, and Sarah reminds him how fortunate he is that Bonnie forgave him for locking her in a shed. Xander wonders why Sarah can’t let go of his past mistakes if Bonnie can. Sarah admits she’s made her own errors, including not telling Xander about Victoria.
Xander takes Sarah in his arms, promising never to let himself be corrupted by money or anything else again. Sarah teases him about being influenced by the love of a beautiful woman, and they share a kiss. Just as things heat up, there’s a knock at the door. It’s Maggie, here to give Xander a check for his share of Victor’s estate. Xander is shocked by the amount, but Maggie explains she believes he deserves it for supporting the family when Constantine tried to take everything.
