**🚨 Finn’s Shocking Exit from GH – Liz Banned from Violet – Sam’s Audio Bombshell for Carly! 💣**

In today’s General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, June 20th, we reveal some earth-shattering developments. Carly Spencer bumped into Jason Morgan at the coffee warehouse, where she filled him in on Drew K’s Congressional bid and the media attention it would draw. Carly also reflected on how the FBI arrangement had caused Jason to miss out on significant parts of his life, questioning if it was worth the sacrifice. Jason, however, assured her he would complete a crucial task and reclaim his life.

Meanwhile, Terry Randolph urged Elizabeth Baldwin to take a break at GH to discuss Hamilton Finn’s drinking problem. Despite Liz’s love for Finn and her understanding of his illness, Terry stressed that Finn needed to seek help himself. At home, Finn reassured a worried Violet that he would be fine while she went to the pool with Georgie Spinelli. Alone, Finn struggled with the temptation to drink but managed to resist at the last moment.

Back at the hospital, Elizabeth and Finn talked, with Liz reminding him that they were still connected through Violet. Finn was relieved to hear Violet was at the pool with Maxie Jones and her children. However, his relief was short-lived when a scheduled meeting with Terry and Portia Robinson turned into an intervention about his drinking. They informed Finn that he needed to work under supervision and attend AA meetings due to his past addiction issues, or face losing his medical license. Angered, Finn accused Elizabeth of instigating the intervention and forbade her from seeing Violet before resigning in a rage and heading home to drink.

As Finn drowned his sorrows, Elizabeth worried that he would regret his actions once he sobered up, though Portia reassured her that reporting his drinking was the right move. Meanwhile, Robert and Anna Devane Scorpio enjoyed a reunion at Maxie’s house with Max Scorpio. Anna learned that John Jagger Cates was back in town, causing quite a stir.

In another part of town, Damian Spinelli informed Sam McCall that he had found an audio file but couldn’t edit or remove it. Sam urged Spinelli to play it, and was furious to hear that Jason had risked everything for Carly. Determined to protect her kids, Sam convinced Spinelli to make a copy of the audio file. She then rushed to Carly’s office to share the startling revelation.

At Willow Corinthos’ birthday celebration, Nina Reeves confided in Maxie at the Metro Court pool about how Drew had helped her get an invitation. Nina’s schemes continued as she supported Drew’s Congressional campaign, all while keeping a careful eye on Willow and Drew’s developing relationship.

As for Finn, Friday, June 21’s spoilers indicate that he will pass out at home, heavily inebriated. Finn’s pride took a hit after leaving the hospital, and his return to alcohol led to a dangerous fall. When Violet is brought home, everyone will fear the worst if Finn doesn’t respond. Will they find Finn in time?
